The hotel's location was very central, close to the Funicular going up to Castel Sant' Elmo. I was here for 4 days and will come back.
Can honestly say there wasn't anything not to like.

Loved our newly remodelled rooms.
The hotel was located just off Napoli, and a safe area, near a lot of interesting points of Naples, to Piazza del Plebiscito, to Castel sell Ouvo. The staff was affable and around most of the time. We got a room with a tub. The venue was in a very central location right next to the main shopping center.

Cannot find any fault!

The location was absolutely mind-blowing, with easy access to all the major attractions. The apartment was beautifully decorated and made incredible use of space. The shower was the best I've ever experienced. Barbara, our host, went above and beyond to make us feel welcome and provided a guide to local attractions. The immediate response to a maintenance issue was jaw-dropping. Barbara's flexibility with our travel plans was super helpful. The housekeeping team kept the flat immaculate. The historic and ridiculously enormous door added to the charm. Barbara's effort to speak English was a pleasant surprise. Highly recommended!

The location of the property was fabulous with great comfort and accessibility. The concierge was very accommodating and informative, providing useful tips for local sites. The apartment was clean and had everything we needed. It was also within walking distance of shopping and the Spanish quarter.
Felt like home, no complaints whatsoever.

Great location with easy access to transportation and plenty of dining options nearby. The apartment was spotless and the cleaning service was unexpected but appreciated. The mini kitchenette had all the necessary equipment for making breakfast and snacks.
The kitchen was a bit cramped and difficult to use, as you had to slide a table out to access the sink. The couch bed took up space in the already small apartment, making it feel a bit crowded.

We got great value for our money at this hotel. The room was spacious, nicely decorated, and had all the necessary amenities. The location was perfect, right in the heart of the city and close to everything. The staff, especially Barbara, was exceptionally kind and helpful throughout our stay.
The only thing that could have made the breakfast offerings better was if there were more variety in the options.

The apartment at Pretaloger Verdi 18 was absolutely amazing! It had everything I needed for a comfortable stay, like air conditioning, Wi-Fi, and a fully equipped kitchen. The LCD TV with DVD player was a nice touch, perfect for relaxing after a long day of exploring. The ensuite bathroom with antique tiles gave the room a charming and unique feel. I felt right at home in this cozy and well-equipped space.
One thing that I personally didn't love was the master bedroom with two panoramic windows. It felt a bit too bright in the morning for my taste.

The location of this hotel couldn't be more central than this. Just a couple of footsteps from the harbor and the Spanish Quarter, with plenty of good restaurants and shops nearby. Getting to Garibaldi station for trains to Pompeii, Vesuvius, and Sorrento was a breeze. The room itself was in a well-restored and very grand apartment on the back of the Galleria Umberto I, offering a theatrical window on Naples and its secrets. The attention to detail in the design of the room was impressive, with clever furniture that maximized space while still providing plenty of room to move around. The amenities provided were above our expectations, ensuring a comfortable stay.
All was absolutely fine, no improvements needed.
